Vehicle Investment Opportunities

Offer an eligible vehicle or fund a vehicle for deployment in our logistics operations, subject to assessment and a written agreement.

Buntuz Transports and Logistics accepts enquiries from people who would like to take part in its operations in one of two ways. Every arrangement is subject to assessment, due diligence and a written agreement. Not every vehicle or applicant will be accepted.

Two ways to participate

  • Existing-vehicle participation: you offer an eligible vehicle for consideration, subject to inspection, acceptance and agreed contractual conditions.
  • Vehicle-procurement participation: you provide funds towards procuring a vehicle for deployment in our transport and logistics operations, subject to a documented arrangement and applicable legal requirements.

Eligible vehicles

Toyota, Honda and eligible electric vehicles are our initial preferred categories. Acceptance depends on a full assessment.

Initial preferred categories

  • Toyota
  • Honda
  • Electric vehicles (eligible models)

What we assess

  • Make and model
  • Vehicle type and intended use
  • Manufacturing year and age
  • Mileage and overall condition
  • Maintenance history
  • Roadworthiness and inspection results
  • Ownership and documentation
  • Insurance status
  • Operating suitability
  • Expected depreciation and maintenance costs
  • Availability of spare parts and servicing support

How the process works

  1. You submit an enquiry using the form on this page.
  2. We review the proposed vehicle or funding arrangement.
  3. We request further documents and carry out the applicable due diligence.
  4. We evaluate vehicle suitability, deployment plans and operating terms.
  5. You receive the proposed commercial terms and the relevant risk disclosures.
  6. If both parties agree, we sign a written agreement.
  7. Deployment and remittance arrangements begin as set out in the signed agreement.

What we may handle

Depending on the final agreement, our operational responsibilities may include driver recruitment and management, maintenance coordination, fleet monitoring, deployment and route management, and operational reporting. Your responsibilities, such as documentation, insurance or costs, will also be set out in the agreement.

Risks you should consider

Vehicle participation is not risk-free and is not a guaranteed or capital-protected investment. Risks include:

  • Vehicle depreciation, maintenance and repair costs.
  • Accidents, theft or damage, and the limits of insurance cover.
  • Driver and operational risks, and periods when the vehicle is off the road.
  • Changes in transport demand, regulation or tax.
  • Variation in remittance amounts, and possible loss of capital.
  • Questions of ownership, custody, termination, exit and disputes, which the agreement must address.

Read our Investment Risk Disclosure for more detail. Please seek independent financial and legal advice before entering any arrangement. We do not accept funds through this website.
