This disclosure applies to vehicle participation arrangements with Buntuz Transports and Logistics, a division of Buntuz Integrated Limited, including offering an existing vehicle for deployment or providing funds towards the procurement of a vehicle. Please read it carefully before making an enquiry or entering into any arrangement.
1. No guarantee of returns
Vehicle participation arrangements are not deposits, savings products or guaranteed investments, and they are not capital-protected. Any remittance figures shown on this website, including indicative weekly ranges, are for discussion only. They depend on vehicle assessment, operating conditions, expenses and the terms of a signed agreement, and actual payments may be lower, may vary from week to week, or may stop.
2. Key risks
- Depreciation: vehicles lose value over time and through use.
- Maintenance and repairs: servicing, parts and repairs reduce income and can be significant.
- Accidents, theft and damage: a vehicle may be damaged, stolen or written off, and insurance may not cover the full loss.
- Driver and operational risks: driver conduct, availability and performance affect income.
- Downtime: vehicles may be off the road for repairs, inspections, regulatory reasons or lack of demand, earning nothing during that time.
- Market demand: demand for transport and logistics services can fall.
- Regulation and tax: changes in laws, licensing, levies or taxes may increase costs or restrict operations.
- Termination and exit: ending an arrangement may involve notice periods, costs, or the sale of the vehicle at less than you expect.
- Loss of capital: you may lose some or all of the money or value you commit.
3. The agreement governs
Ownership and custody of the vehicle, responsibility for operating expenses, insurance, remittance arrangements, reporting, termination, exit and dispute resolution are set out only in the written agreement signed by both parties. Nothing on this website changes or adds to that agreement.
