- Technical data: standard information your browser sends when you visit the website, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, which our hosting provider records in server logs for security and operation.
Please do not send us bank, card or identity document details through the website. We do not ask for them at the enquiry stage.
3. How and why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the information, quotation or service you request (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).

4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary with:

5. International transfers
Some of our service providers, such as our email provider, may store or process data outside Nigeria. Where personal data is transferred outside Nigeria, we rely on the safeguards permitted by the NDPA, such as the adequacy of the destination’s data protection laws or contractual protections.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless they become part of a business relationship or agreement. Records connected to an agreement are kept for the duration of that agreement and for up to six years afterwards, or longer where the law requires. Uploaded files are deleted together with the enquiry they belong to.
7. How we protect it
The website uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Enquiries are stored in a restricted area of the website that only authorised staff can open, and staff can only see the enquiries of the division they work in. Uploaded files are kept in a private location that cannot be opened from the public website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
8. Your rights
Under the NDPA you have the right to:
- be informed about how your personal data is used;
- access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- have your data deleted where there is no longer a lawful reason to keep it;
- restrict or object to our processing, including for direct marketing;
- receive your data in a commonly used format and have it transferred to another controller (data portability);
- withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent;
- lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 1. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on your request, and we will respond within the time required by law.
